• Passport renewals - must have valid Portuguese ID (Cartao de Cidadao or  Bilhete de Identidade). 

• Powers of attorney/Procuracoes

• Birth Certificates for non-Australian minors

• Emergencies

• Cartao de Cidadao - new or renewal? only during Permanencias Consulares  - 

• 22 to 26 June 2026 , is now fully booked. Over 100 new cards will be issued that week!

• Next Permanencia Consular 26 to 30 October 2026. Online Bookings  will open first week of October.
